To be followed strictly!
1. Postage Charges:
$1 per item, flat rate $3 for 5 items and above.
Pls add another $2.25 for registered mail.
WE ENCOUNTER LOST MAILS BEFORE AND REGISTERED MAIL IS STRICTLY ADVISED.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAILS.
2. No reservation.
As our stocks are running too fast, we do not allow reservation.
1st come 1st serve basis.
Orders will be confirmed once payment received.
Refund will be made if item is OOS.
3. Strictly no meet up
My timing is irregular. Most of the time I am not at home. My helper is mostly with me thus no one will be at home.
4. Payment and Mailing
Please forward your orders and payment details to dalalamama@gmail.com for faster processing.
6. For ATM transfers
Pls email us asap after payment done. If not we cant verify and put stocks aside fast even though you paid earlier. For ibank transfers, pls state your ibank nick if not same thing will happens.
7. Bulk Postage
You can make payment to items and request to hold until u finished shopping to save on postage fees.
8. Strictly no exchange or refund if no major defects are on the item.
DEFINATION OF MAJOR DEFECTS:
A. OBVIOUS DISCOLOURATION WHEN ITS SUPPOSE TO BE ONE TONE.
B. BIG VISIBLE HOLE.
C. LOOSEN STRINGS UNTIL HEM FELL OUT
D. DIRT WHICH ARE PERMANENT AND NOT WASHABLE
